Salame fritters: you can't resist them!

You won't be able to stop at one!
INGREDIENTS
160g (1 ⅔ cup) parmesan;
3 eggs (whites);
70g (½ cup) salami, sliced;
85 g (⅔ cup) flour;
80 ml (⅓ cup) water.
METHOD
- Combine salami with egg whites, flour, cheese and water until sticky but workable dough forms.
- Oil your palms, take a tbsp of dough and roll it into a ball.
- Cook parmesan balls in preheated oil for 5-6 minutes over medium heat, rotating them with a fork.
