Fried bigne: you can’t resist them!

You won't be able to stop at one! 
 
INGREDIENTS
500g (4 cups) flour 00
1 egg
50g (0.3 cups) orange zest
A pinch of salt
10g (1 tbsp) dry yeast
10g (1 tbsp) sugar
60ml (0.3 cup) vegetable oil
200ml (0.8 cups) warm milk
 
Vegetable oil for frying
Sugar for donut coating
 
METHOD
  1. Heat the milk. Pour a small portion of warm milk into one bowl, add yeast, sugar, then stir and set aside.
  2. Pour the flour into a bowl, add oil, egg, orange zest, a pinch of salt, then the prepared yeast and knead everything into a fine dough. Cover the dough and let it rise.
  3. Roll out the dough, then roll out. Silk cut the roll into pieces of some 2-3 cm.
  4. Heat the oil and fry the donuts, which you roll in sugar after frying.
