Chocolate bigne: a delicious treat everyone will love!

INGREDIENTS
160ml (0.65 cup) milk
160ml (0.68 cup) water
100g (0.8 cup) flour
¼ tsp salt
20g (2 tbsp) sugar
100g (0.4 cup) cream margarine
3 large eggs
30g (0.3 cup) cocoa powder
300ml (2.55 cup) whipping cream
100ml chocolate sauce (80 g chocolate and 20 g whipped cream)
METHOD
- Combine water and milk, add cream margarine, salt, sugar and put on low heat. When the mixture heats up add cocoa powder, flour and mix until you get a thick consistency. Remove from the heat and add one egg at a time to the mixture and mix with a mixer.
- Pour the mixture into a dressing bag, then squeeze the mixture for the bigne on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 180 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
- After the cookies have cooled, cut them in half, then whip the whipped cream, pour it into a dressing bag and fill the cookies. Prepare the chocolate and whipped cream, heat the whipped cream and melt the chocolate, combine the ingredients and pour over the cookies. Enjoy.
