Fried rectangles: so fluffy you can not resist!

Fluffy and simply delicious, this recipe is a must-try!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
450g (3.8 cups) flour (all-purpose)
10g dry yeast
200ml (0.82 cup) milk
30ml (0.15 cup) oil
2 eggs
3 tbsp sugar
Salt
Hazelnut cream
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 60 minutes. Roll out the cake and cut it into portions. Form rectangles from the dough.
- Deep-fry. Dip in sugar. Decorate with hazelnut cream.
