Fried rectangles: so fluffy you can not resist!

Fluffy and simply delicious, this recipe is a must-try!

INGREDIENTS
450g (3.8 cups) flour (all-purpose)
10g dry yeast
200ml (0.82 cup) milk
30ml (0.15 cup) oil
2 eggs
3 tbsp sugar
Salt
Hazelnut cream
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 60 minutes. Roll out the cake and cut it into portions. Form rectangles from the dough.
  2. Deep-fry. Dip in sugar. Decorate with hazelnut cream.
