Veneziane brioche: fluffy, soft and so yummy!

Fluffy and delicious, they are perfect for breakfast!
INGREDIENTS
450 g flour
1 bag of yeast
75 grams of sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
Patisserie cream
150 ml of milk
125 ml of yogurt
1 tsp of salt
METHOD
- Combine ingredients, flour, yeast, sugar, then mix and add vanilla extract, eggs, butter and yogurt, as well as salt, and then mix in a fine paste. Divide the dough into balls and let them stand for half an hour. Whisk patisserie cream.
- After half an hour, coat the balls of the dough with the egg, apply on each cream and almond leaves.
- Bake at 180 degrees, 13-15 minutes.
