Soft brioche teddy bears: the kids will love them!

Recipe for one soft brioche teddy bear:
- 500g flour
- 2 eggs
-10g fresh yeast
-250ml milk
-150g sugar

-raisins
-1 egg yolk to brush over the top

Melt the yeast in lukewarm water, add the flour, eggs and sugar. Let the dough rise for about 3 /4 hours, assemble the teddy bear and let it rise for another 30 minutes before baking at 190°C for 20 minutes. Make sure it doesn't get too dark on top. You can fill it with jam or hazelnut cream - either way, it is sure to be a big hit!
