Brioche cones: so tasty you won’t be able to resist them!

Roll the dough up like this: a fun and tasty starter that everyone will enjoy!INGREDIENTS for the brioche dough:
500g of flour
250ml of milk
10g of salt
a pinch of sugar
10g of yeast
METHOD
Prepare the dough and let it rise for about 3 hours. Roll it out, slice some strips that will then be rolled around a cone of parchment paper or a steel cone. Brush with some egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 190°C for about 30 minutes. Have fun filling them with anything you like!
