Potato bread with custard cream topping: you won't be able to resist!

Too beautiful and delicious to resist!

INGREDIENTS
• 350g bread flour
• 100g flour
• 6g yeast
• 100g powdered sugar
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 2 eggs
• 60ml water
• 2 tbsp milk powder
• 150g mashed potatoes
• 60g butter
• 80g instant custard powder
• 160ml water
 
METHOD
  1. Boil the potatoes and mash it.
  2. Mix all the ingredients for the dough. Add mashed potatoes and butter. Allow rising 60 minutes. Divide the dough into 20 pieces (40 g for each). Roll up balls and place them in a greased baking sheet. Let rise for 40 minutes.
  3. Cook custard. Grease the egg rolls. Using a pastry bag, apply custard to buns.
  4. Bake for 17 minutes at 190C/370F.
