Potato bread with custard cream topping: you won't be able to resist!

Too beautiful and delicious to resist!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
• 350g bread flour
• 100g flour
• 6g yeast
• 100g powdered sugar
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 2 eggs
• 60ml water
• 2 tbsp milk powder
• 150g mashed potatoes
• 60g butter
• 80g instant custard powder
• 160ml water
METHOD
- Boil the potatoes and mash it.
- Mix all the ingredients for the dough. Add mashed potatoes and butter. Allow rising 60 minutes. Divide the dough into 20 pieces (40 g for each). Roll up balls and place them in a greased baking sheet. Let rise for 40 minutes.
- Cook custard. Grease the egg rolls. Using a pastry bag, apply custard to buns.
- Bake for 17 minutes at 190C/370F.
