Coconut and milk brioche: buttery, fluffy , flavorful and so sweet!

Extra rich, delicious and fluffy, you've never had a brioche like this!
INGREDIENTS

120ml milk
10g dry yeast
2 eggs
½ can condensed milk
60ml sunflower oil
1 tsp salt
3 ½ cups flour
Syrup Ingredients
½ can condensed milk
200ml coconut milk
100g grated coconut
METHOD
- Heat milk and pour into a bowl, add dry yeast, mix well and let set for 5 minutes.
- Then add condensed milk, eggs, butter, salt and gradually flour. Knead the dough for 10 minutes. Return the dough to the same bowl, cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into small portions and form buns. Grease the form and put buns inside. Let rise for 1 hour. Grease a yolk to each roll. Bake at 180°C/350°F for 30 minutes.
- To the syrup, add condensed milk, coconut milk to the pan and heat until slightly condensed.
- Let it be warm.
- With bread still warm and warm syrup, toss the syrup over the rolls.
- Let the syrup penetrate well and sprinkle with grated coconut.
