Fluffy milk brioche: the recipe to try!

Fluffy and delicious like never before!
INGREDIENTS
200ml (1 cup) water
100ml (1/2 cup) milk
450g (2 1/4 cups) Flour
3 tbsp (1/4 cup) Oil
2 tbsp fresh yeast
1 tbsp sugar
Egg yolk
METHOD
- In a bowl mix milk with water and sugar, add in yeast and oil. Then add in flour and mix the dough. Let it rest for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into two pieces bigger and smaller. Make 8 balls from first and roll out the second piece.
- Transfer it to a baking pan and cut 8 triangles, put the balls onto each triangle, spread with egg yolk and tighten the ends of the triangles on the ball.
- Bake at 180’C ( 356’F) for 50 minutes.
