Warm milk brioche: beautiful, fluffy and easy to make!

This recipe is a must-try!

INGREDIENTS
375g (3 cups) flour (all purpose)
150ml (0.6 cup) warm milk
80g (0.4 cup) sugar
7g yeast
1 egg
1 tsp vinegar
40ml (0.18 cup) oil
Salt
10g melted butter
10g vanilla sugar
 
10g cocoa
Chocolate
50ml (0.2 cup) warm milk
1 egg
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Separate 50g of dough and add cocoa to it. Knead. Let rise for 1 hour. Divide the dough into 9 parts, put chocolate in each part and form balls.
  2. Decorate each ball with strips of brown dough. Put the balls in a mold and pour over the milk. Let rise for 1 hour. Brush with egg and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
