Fluffy green onion brioche: perfect as alternative to usual bread!

The secret to make a fluffy brioche is super simple!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
120ml (1/2 cup) warm milk
235ml (1 cup) water
20g of fresh yeast
500g (4 cups) flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 egg
3 tbsp of oil
200g of cheese
green onion
mozzarella cheese 50 g on top
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together milk with water, sugar, yeast, oil, egg, salt and flour. Leave it for 30 min.
- Divide the dough into 8 portions and roll out each then top each with butter put it all together one by one. Roll it out again.
- Cut it in a spiral and sprinkle with cheese and onion. Roll it and cut it into many pieces. Transfer it to a baking pan and sprinkle it with mozzarella cheese and decorate with olives.
- Bake at 180°C ( 356°F ) for 40-45 minutes.
