Baked veggie focaccia: a perfect alternative to usual bread!

You will see everybody waiting for this as it comes hot from the oven!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
• flour 280g
• baking powder 2 tsp
• salt 1/2 tsp
• Provencal herbs
• parsley 1/3 bunch
• cheese 300g
• butter 60 g
• Buttermilk 230 ml
• sesame seeds as desired
METHOD
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt, spices, herbs and cheese. Add soft butter, buttermilk, knead the dough.
- Divide the dough into two equal parts, from each form a flat cake 2 cm thick.
- Put the flat cake on a baking sheet, divide into 8 parts, grease with buttermilk, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 375F/190C.
