Baked veggie focaccia: a perfect alternative to usual bread!

 You will see everybody waiting for this as it comes hot from the oven!

INGREDIENTS
• flour 280g
• baking powder 2 tsp
• salt 1/2 tsp
• Provencal herbs
• parsley 1/3 bunch
• cheese 300g
• butter 60 g
• Buttermilk 230 ml
• sesame seeds as desired
 
METHOD
  1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, spices, herbs and cheese. Add soft butter, buttermilk, knead the dough.
  2. Divide the dough into two equal parts, from each form a flat cake 2 cm thick.
  3. Put the flat cake on a baking sheet, divide into 8 parts, grease with buttermilk, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes at 375F/190C.
