Easy potato bread in a pan: the perfect alternative to usual bread!

INGREDIENTS
flour – 300g
boil potato – 750g
salt – 1 tsp
butter – 50g
cottage cheese – 200g
eggs – 2 pcs
baking soda – 1 tsp

METHOD
  1. Mix in bowl boiled potato, cheese, eggs, flour, salt and baking soda.
  2. Knead the dough. Leaving him to rest.
  3. Divide dough into 8 parts.
  4. Spread out with a pinch.
  5. Steam in a frying pan.
  6. Coat with butter.
