Bread potato triangles: the perfect alternative to bread!

This recipe will be a family favorite! 

INGREDIENTS
3 potatoes (400 gr)
200 g Flour
Baking powder 1 pack
Salt 1/3 tsp.
Milk 3 tablespoons
60 g Butter
 
METHOD
  1. Crush the potatoes, then combine the flour, baking powder, salt, softened butter, add the crumbled potatoes and milk.
  2. Combine the ingredients into a fine dough, which is divided into two parts.
  3. Then stretch each half into circles and divide into 8 sections.
  4. Heat oil and bake.
