Purple potato bread: an alternative recipe to try!

INGREDIENTS
200g (1,6 cups) flour (all purpose)
70g (0.6 cup) cake flour
30g (0.25 cup) powdered sugar
1/8 tsp salt
160ml (0.65 cup) milk
30ml oil
7g dry yeast
160g Purple potato puree
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise 15 minutes. Divide the dough into 4 portions. Roll out each portion. Add mashed potatoes and form a bread. Put in the form. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Brush with an egg.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
