Purple potato bread: an alternative recipe to try!

INGREDIENTS
200g (1,6 cups) flour (all purpose)
70g (0.6 cup) cake flour
30g (0.25 cup) powdered sugar
1/8 tsp salt
160ml (0.65 cup) milk
30ml oil
7g dry yeast
160g Purple potato puree
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise 15 minutes. Divide the dough into 4 portions. Roll out each portion. Add mashed potatoes and form a bread. Put in the form. Let rise for 1 hour.
  2. Brush with an egg.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
