Potato bombs: the recipe for alternative meatballs easy to make!

INGREDIENTS
5 medium potatoes (600 g)
50g (0.4 cup) flour
1 egg
80g (0.3 cup) melted butter
1 tsp (6g) salt
1 tsp (2g) pepper
1 tsp (6g) sweet paprika
100g (1 cup) cheese
for the meatballs:
450g (2 cups) ground beef
1 onion (100 g)
3 cloves garlic (25 g)
1 egg
2 tbsp (12g) breadcrumbs
2 tbsp (30ml) oil
1 tsp (6g) salt
1 tsp (2g) pepper
1 tsp (6g) sweet paprika
Corn flour
2 eggs
METHOD
- Combine mashed potatoes with egg, butter, cheese, flour and spices. Knead into a fine mixture, then prepare the meat sticks.
- Mix the meat with red onion and garlic, egg, bread crumbs, oil and spices.
- Roll the meat in sticks and fry in heated oil, then roll the meat in the previously prepared mixture, and roll the mixture in flour and eggs, and then fry.
