Potato bombs: the recipe for alternative meatballs easy to make!

INGREDIENTS

5 medium potatoes (600 g)

50g (0.4 cup) flour

1 egg

80g (0.3 cup) melted butter

1 tsp (6g) salt

1 tsp (2g) pepper

1 tsp (6g) sweet paprika

100g (1 cup) cheese

for the meatballs:

450g (2 cups) ground beef

1 onion (100 g)

3 cloves garlic (25 g)

1 egg

2 tbsp (12g) breadcrumbs

2 tbsp (30ml) oil

1 tsp (6g) salt

1 tsp (2g) pepper

1 tsp (6g) sweet paprika

Corn flour

2 eggs

METHOD

Combine mashed potatoes with egg, butter, cheese, flour and spices. Knead into a fine mixture, then prepare the meat sticks.
Mix the meat with red onion and garlic, egg, bread crumbs, oil and spices.
Roll the meat in sticks and fry in heated oil, then roll the meat in the previously prepared mixture, and roll the mixture in flour and eggs, and then fry.
