Baked meatballs: the tip to make them faster!

INGREDIENTS
600g potatoes
1 clove garlic
Parsley
600g ground beef
50g bread crumbs
50g grated cheese
Salt
Pepper
Nutmeg
2 eggs
Olive oil
Grated cheese
 
METHOD
  1. Boil potatoes, peel and cut into slices.
  2. Add garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, grated cheese, salt, pepper, nutmeg, 2 eggs to the ground beef. Mix. Form meatballs.
  3. Pour some oil into a baking sheet. Arrange potatoes and meatballs, pour oil, sprinkle with grated cheese. Decorate with rosemary.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
