Make cuts on the eggplants and fill them with meatballs: a quick tip for a tasty dinner

Ingredients:
4 eggplants
500g ground beef
pepper
salt
1 tomato puree
peppers
Directions:
Peel only the sides of the eggplant and make cuts on the surface and then bake. Prepare some meatballs with minced meat and insert them in the cuts previously made on the aubergines. Place them in a pan with a little olive oil, salt, pepper and the tomato puree, if you want to add some pepper, then bake all at 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes.
