Fried sticks: the perfect alternative to usual bread

These are perfect for a fun appetizer!

INGREDIENTS

300g (2 cups) flour
80g (1/2 cup) feta cheese
80g (1/2 cup) grated cheese
1 egg
Parsley
4g (1 tsp) salt
10g (2 tsp) baking powder
90ml (1/2 cup) milk
200ml (1 cup) oil

METHOD

In a bowl put feta cheese, grated cheese, egg, parsley, salt, baking powder, and milk. Mix it and add flour.
Knead the dough and place it between two pieces of baking paper.
Spread the dough and cut it into strips.
In a pan pour oil and heat it.
Place the dough stripes into oil and fry them. Serve.
