Fluffy buns: it's not the usual bread!

Just a few ingredients to make delicious bread! 

INGREDIENTS
• 400g /2.5 cups semolina
• 250g /1.5 cups flour
• 350ml /12oz hot water
• 1 tsp yeast
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tsp salt
• 60g/1/3 cup cream cheese
 
METHOD
  1. Pour semolina with hot water and mix. Add all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise.
  2. Divide the dough into 9 focaccia. Put on a baking sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle with semolina. Let rise.
  3. On each focaccia make incisions. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
