Italian buns: fluffy, moist and beautiful!

Just a few ingredients to make amazing homemade bread buns!

INGREDIENTS
 150g (5 oz) all-purpose flour;
 150g (5 oz) ‘00’ flour;
 180ml (6 fl. oz) warm water;
 1 ½ tsp dry yeast;
 1 tsp sugar;
 2 tsp salt;
 Sesame seeds, sesame oil.
 
METHOD
  1.  Combine both types of flour with salt.
  2.  In a separate bowl whisk sugar with warm water and dry yeast. Leave in warmth for 10 minutes to activate and get bubbly.
  3.  Pour the yeast solution into the flour mixture and knead until smooth dough forms. Cover and set aside for around an hour, until doubled in size.
  4.  Divide the dough into quarters, roll out thinly, then form a snail and place each one seam side down on a parchment sheet. Set aside for 30 minutes.
  5.  Roll the snail-shaped dough into a long rope and then fold it into a bun as shown on the video.
  6.  Brush with sesame oil, top with sesame seeds and set aside for at least 30 minutes.
  7.  Bake at 180C/350F for 35-40 minutes, until golden. Stuff with smoked meats or your favorite sandwich toppings before serving.
