Italian buns: fluffy, moist and beautiful!

Just a few ingredients to make amazing homemade bread buns!
INGREDIENTS

150g (5 oz) all-purpose flour;
150g (5 oz) ‘00’ flour;
180ml (6 fl. oz) warm water;
1 ½ tsp dry yeast;
1 tsp sugar;
2 tsp salt;
Sesame seeds, sesame oil.
METHOD
- Combine both types of flour with salt.
- In a separate bowl whisk sugar with warm water and dry yeast. Leave in warmth for 10 minutes to activate and get bubbly.
- Pour the yeast solution into the flour mixture and knead until smooth dough forms. Cover and set aside for around an hour, until doubled in size.
- Divide the dough into quarters, roll out thinly, then form a snail and place each one seam side down on a parchment sheet. Set aside for 30 minutes.
- Roll the snail-shaped dough into a long rope and then fold it into a bun as shown on the video.
- Brush with sesame oil, top with sesame seeds and set aside for at least 30 minutes.
- Bake at 180C/350F for 35-40 minutes, until golden. Stuff with smoked meats or your favorite sandwich toppings before serving.
