Fluffy, moist, and perfect as an alternative to the usual bread!
INGREDIENTS

200ml (0.82 cup) milk
100ml (0.42 cup) water
100ml (0.46 cup) oil
2 egg whites
7g dry yeast
2 tbsp sugar
800g (6.4 cups) flour (all purpose)
1 tsp salt
Butter
2 yolks
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 2 hours.
- Divide the dough into 10 parts. Roll out each part and grease with butter, roll up in a spiral. Place on a baking sheet. Let rise for 30 minutes.
- Brush with the yolk. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
