Twisted focaccia: the method to make it fluffy and moist!

Fluffy, moist, and perfect as an alternative to the usual bread! 

INGREDIENTS
200ml (0.82 cup) milk
100ml (0.42 cup) water
100ml (0.46 cup) oil
2 egg whites
7g dry yeast
2 tbsp sugar
800g (6.4 cups) flour (all purpose)
1 tsp salt
 
Butter
2 yolks
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 2 hours.
  2. Divide the dough into 10 parts. Roll out each part and grease with butter, roll up in a spiral. Place on a baking sheet. Let rise for 30 minutes.
  3. Brush with the yolk. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
