Fried twisted donuts: simply to make and super fluffy!

INGREDIENTS
500g (3 cups + 1/3 cup) flour
75g (1/3 cup) sugar
7g (1 tbsp) of dry baker´s yeast
200 ml of warm milk ( 1/2 cup + 3 tablespoons )
1 egg
Lemon zest
75g (1/3 cup) butter
Sugar for coating
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together flour with sugar, yeast, milk, egg and butter. Let it rest for about 1 hour.
- Make small and long sticks and twist them together making a circle. Fry in hot oil until golden brown, dip into the sugar.
