Chocolate donut cake: the secret to make it super moist!

Pour the milk over the cake for the best result ever!

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
200g (1 cup) sugar
245ml (1 cup) milk
110ml (1/2 cup) oil
3 tbsp cocoa
10g vanilla sugar
10g baking powder
250g (2 cups) flour (all purpose)
 
150ml (0.6 cup) milk
 
100ml (0.4 cup)cream
100g chocolate
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all ingredients. Pour dough into a mold for donut greased with butter. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
  2. Pour milk over the donut. Allow to absorb and remove from the mold.
  3. Prepare the ganache and pour over the donut.
