INGREDIENTS

• 4 eggs

• 250g /1.7 cups sugar

• 200ml /7oz kefir

• 227g /1 cup butter

• 5g vanillin

• 10g baking powder

• salt

• 300g /2 cups flour

• 5 apples

METHOD

Mix flour, salt, baking powder, vanillin. Mix sugar with butter, add one egg at a time. Then add the flour mixture and kefir.
Chop apples. Grease the mold with sunflower oil. Then pour the mixture. Spread the sliced apples and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 45 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
