Cinnamon twisted donuts: easy to make, these donuts are some of the best we ever had!

Give us these twisted doughnuts warm with a glass of milk and we will be in snacking heaven!

INGREDIENTS
400g (1 ½ cup) Flour
4g (1 tsp) Salt
70g (¼ cup) Sugar
2 Eggs
5g (1 tsp) Dry yeast
30g (2 tbsp) Milk powder
Egg
80ml (1/3 cup) Milk
80g (1/3 cup) Water
20ml (3 tsp) Heavy cream
60g (1/4 cup) Butter
 
Sugar coating:
Sugar 100g (1/2 cup)
Cinnamon 5g (1 tsp)
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl pour the milk and water, add heavy cream, dry yeast, eggs and mix. In another bowl put the sugar, flour, powdered milk and salt. Pour the wet ingredients into it. Mix it well then knead the dough. Add the butter and continue kneading. Leave the dough covered for 1 hour.
  2. Divide the dough into balls. Make a string of each ball and cover it for 15 minutes.
  3. Twist each string to make a braid. In a pan add oil and put the braids.
  4. In a bowl add sugar and cinnamon. Mix and save for later.
  5. Fry them, then, roll them in a sugar coating. Serve.
