BAZLAMA (the easy Turkish bread in a pan) SO EASY AND DELICIOUS 😋

INGREDIENTS (7 pieces)
200g of boiled potatoes
280g of bread flour
140g of milk
5gsalt
7g of fresh brewer's yeast

METHOD
1. Cook the potatoes in boiling water, peel them and mash them in a bowl.
2. Pour in the milk with the dissolved yeast.
3. Mix and incorporate the flour.
4. Add salt and finish kneading.
5. Leave the dough to rise for about 2 hours.
6. Divide it into several pieces and give it an elongated shape with a rolling pin.
7. Cook the bread on a hot non-stick pan for about 2 minutes, brushing with oil or melted butter during cooking.
8. Serve the bazlama by sprinkling them with a mix of oil, parsley and chopped garlic.
