Brioche yogurt: a delicious recipe to try now!

Perfect for a fluffy breakfast!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
700g (5.8 cups) flour (all purpose)
1 tsp salt
10g dry yeast
1 egg
300ml (1.23 cup) milk
100g (0.5 cup) sugar
2 tbsp oil
70g butter
Yogurt
Almonds
Honey
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 1 hour. Divide the dough into 8 pieces.
- Form Brioche. Let rise for 1 hour. Brush with yogurt and let rise for 15 minutes. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
- Brush with honey and sprinkle with almonds.
