Spinach cake: a delicious brioche to try!

Here's how to make the fluffiest savory brioche ever!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
4 tsp of fresh yeast
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup of warm milk
1 cup of warm water
1 cup of oil
6 cups of flour
2 tbsp of oil to pack the dough
1 cup curd cheese
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup parsley
1 egg yolk
sesame seeds
METHOD
- In a bowl mix all liquid ingredients with yeast and sugar. Add in flour and salt. Let the dough rest for 40 minutes.
- Mix together filling ingredients.
- Make 8 balls from the dough, roll it out then make cuts on the one side with a roller, cover with another side. Put filling on it and cover with the right and left side of the dough. Transfer it to the baking pan. Let it rest for another 20 minutes.
- Spread with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 190 ‘ C ( 374’F ) for 50 minutes until golden brown.
