Ricotta and spinach cake: simple and tasty!

This spinach cake is that kind of recipe that we are sure you will prepare more times.
It is extremely easy to do and everyone will love it!
INGREDIENTS
• 2 cups warm milk
• 2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp sugar
• 10g dry yeast
• 1 cup oil
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 egg
• 5 1/2 cups flour
Filling:
• 200g spinach
• 350g ricotta cheese
• salt
• pepper
• 80g parmesan cheese
• 100g cheese procola
METHOD
- Mix milk, salt, sugar and dry yeast. Then add vegetable oil and butter. Stir well. Add flour, knead. Let rise.
- Make a filling.
- Divide the dough into 4 parts. Roll out each part and cut it into 3 strips. Put a filling at each edge of the strip. The second edge of the strip is cut into notches along the entire length. Wrap a roll.
- Put all rolls in a spiral shape. Let rise. Grease with an egg. Bake for 25 minutes at 180C.
