Yogurt bars with berries: the fresh summer recipe to try!

It will be your favorite family treat!

INGREDIENTS

1kg (4 cups) of Greek yogurt
110g (1/3 cup) of Honey
4g (1 tsp) of Vanilla extract
1/2 of Lemon (juice)
Salt
Strawberries
Blueberries
Raspberries
Walnuts
Hazelnuts
Almonds
Coconut grains
Honey

METHOD

In a bowl add the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, lemon (juice), salt and mix all together.
Transfer the mixture to the pan covered with parchment paper. Add the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds on top. Sprinkle with the coconut grains and pour over the honey.
Freeze it for two hours before serving.
