Steamed brioche croissants: the recipe to try right now!

No oven needed! You will love the result!
INGREDIENTS

250g (2 cups) flour
7g dry yeast
20g (1/2 tbsp) sugar
150ml (1 1/2 tbsp) warm milk
20ml (1 1/2 tbsp) oil
hazelnut cream
jam
Powdered sugar
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together warm milk with sugar and yeast. Add in oil, flour. Let the dough rise for 90 minutes.
- Roll out the dough, make cuts in a triangle shape, and roll into a croissant shape. Leave for 20 minutes more and cook in a steamer for 10-12 minutes.
- Serve with hazelnut cream and jam, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
