Fried eggplant: you will easily have perfect results every time!

The Best Fried Eggplant EVER! This is so easy to make at home!
INGREDIENTS
2 eggplants
80g (1/2 cup) of flour
10g (1 1/2 tbsp) of cornstarch
4g (1 tsp) of baking powder
6g (1 tsp) of salt
150ml (3/4 cup) of water
Panko breadcrumbs
Oil for frying

METHOD
- Slice the eggplants into thick pieces with the knife.
In a bowl add the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, water, and mix until you have a smooth consistency. - Dip each piece of eggplant into the batter and then coat in the bread crumbs. Repeat for the rest until all the eggplants are coated.
- Fry the eggplants for 2-3 minutes in deep hot oil on both sides until they are golden brown.
