Sweet skewers: you can't stop eating them!

How to make delicious sweet skewers in no-time!

INGREDIENTS
360g (3 cups) flour
20g (2 tbsp) powdered sugar
4g (1 tsp) salt
5g (1 tsp) baking powder
20ml (2 tbsp) oil
100ml (2/5 cup) water

METHOD
  1. Add flour, powdered sugar, salt, baking powder, oil and water to the mixing bowl. Knead the dough. Leave to stand for 20 minutes.
  2. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, and then cut it into strips.
  3. Wrap the strips around a wooden stick and make spirals.
  4. Fry in hot oil. Sprinkle with sugar. Serve.
