Sweet skewers: you can't stop eating them!

How to make delicious sweet skewers in no-time!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
360g (3 cups) flour
20g (2 tbsp) powdered sugar
4g (1 tsp) salt
5g (1 tsp) baking powder
20ml (2 tbsp) oil
100ml (2/5 cup) water
METHOD
- Add flour, powdered sugar, salt, baking powder, oil and water to the mixing bowl. Knead the dough. Leave to stand for 20 minutes.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, and then cut it into strips.
- Wrap the strips around a wooden stick and make spirals.
- Fry in hot oil. Sprinkle with sugar. Serve.
