Fried stars: you won't be able to stop eating them!

The best idea for a sweet treat that everyone will adore! 

INGREDIENTS
 100g (½ cup+2 tbsp) 00 flour;
 50g (½ cup) orange juice;
 5g (1 tsp) baking powder;
 Sugar for coating.
 
METHOD
  1.  Whisk baking powder and flour. Pour orange juice in and work the dough until it comes together.
  2.  Roll out the dough and cut out stars. Use scraps to re-roll and cut out more.
  3.  Fry for 3 minutes or until golden on both sides. Cover in sugar before serving.
