Crispy cabbage rolls: you won't be able to stop at one!

This is the perfect dinner idea!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
1 head napa cabbage;
500g (2 cups) minced chicken;
15g scallions, sliced;
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated;
1 egg;
2 tbsp oyster sauce;
2 tbsp soy sauce;
2 tbsp cornstarch;
1 tsp chili flakes;
3 eggs;
Panko breadcrumbs for dredging;
Vegetable oil for frying.
METHOD
- Cut napa cabbage leaves and place them in salted water until soft (around 30 seconds). Leave to cool down.
- Combine chicken with egg, scallions, sauces and chili.
- Fill each leaf with a heaping tablespoon of chicken filling and roll as shown in the video.
- Dip into egg and cover with breadcrumbs.
- Cook in preheated oil for 4-5 minutes and serve with your favorite sauce.
