Chicken bombs: you wont be able to stop!

Looking for a fun new appetizer? These chicken bacon bombs are filled with so much goodness you wont be able to stop!
INGREDIENTS

2 chicken fillets;
6 sticks mozzarella cheese;
1 cup flour;
½ cup parmesan;
1 tsp garlic powder;
1 tsp dry parsley;
1 egg;
3 tbsp milk;
oil for frying.
METHOD
Remove small fillet from the chicken breast. Cut large part of the fillet into 3-4 parts.
Using small knife, make a pocket inside each slice of the chicken, making sure to not cut it though.
Fill each chicken pocket with mozzarella cheese. Secure the pocket with a toothpick if needed.
In a large bowl whisk flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, parsley, nice pinch of salt and pepper together.
Whisk egg with milk.
Dredge each chicken piece in flour, dip in milk and cover with flour again.
Fry in preheated oil for 5-6 minutes.
