Thumbprint Jam Cookies: quick and easy to make, everyone will love them!

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup icing sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
lemon zest from 1 lemon
1/4 tsp raspberry jam (for each cookie)
For glaze
3/4 cup icing sugar
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
METHOD
1. In a bowl, beat butter and sugar until soft.

2. Add vanilla extract and lemon zest and mix well.
3. Add flour and mix well.
4. Take 1 tablespoon of dough and form a ball.
5. Place on a baking tray and press your thumb into the center. Smooth the cracks.
6. Put the jam in the center of the cookie.
7. Bake at 180°C/350°F for 10-12 minutes.
8. Mix lemon juice with powdered sugar. Transfer the icing to the pastry bag.
9. Cut the tip of the bag and decorate the cookies.
