Chicken meatballs: a tasty dish

INGREDIENTS
1 lb ground chicken
1 cup white rice
1 egg
1 onion
1 garlic clove
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ cup flour
2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups chicken broth
¼ cup sour cream
1 tsp paprika
Salt
Pepper
Parsley

DIRECTIONS
Combine ground chicken, 1 cup cooked rice, 1 egg, grated onion, 1 pressed garlic clove, salt and pepper.
Roll the meat into 1 to 1¼ "balls, then roll the balls in flour, dusting off excess.
Saute meatballs with olive oil for 4-5 min on each side and remove them
In the same pan over medium heat, melt butter and whisk in flour, continue mixing until golden in color. Add 2 cups chicken broth mix until it starts to thicken.
Add sour cream and season to taste.
Bring sauce to a simmer and add meatballs, coat them with sauce.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
