Cheese cutlet: crisp and melt in the mouth!

Crispy outside and stuffed with melted cheese is super tempting to eat!

INGREDIENTS
• Ham
• Sliced cheese
• Pork fillet
• Salt and pepper
• Spice mix
• Egg
• Breadcrumbs
• Oil
• Toothpick
• Eggs
 
METHOD
Flatten a pork filet. Add salt and pepper.
Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese.
Fold the steak and hold it together with toothpicks.
Beat some eggs with salt and pepper and dip the steak in.
Cover with breadcrumbs and spices and fry in hot oil.
