Extra fluffy stuffed omelet: it will melt in your mouth!

This is not the usual omelet. The result will leave you speechless!
INGREDIENTS
40g Stringy cheese slices
50g Baked ham
4 eggs
2 pinch Salt
METHOD
- Coat the pan with oil and heat over low heat.
- Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and whisk them with a little salt. Pour the beaten egg yolks into the pan, let it simmer for two minutes, then put the egg whites and cover with a lid.
- After the omelet is fried over low heat, settle in two parts, put the ham and cheese.
