RICOTTA COOKIES: so SOFT they melt in your mouth! 😋

INGREDIENTS
210g (3/4 cup) of ricotta
1 egg
130g (3/4 cup) of sugar
240g (2 cups) of all-purpose flour
10g (3/4 tbsp) of baking powder
For coating:
Sugar
Powdered sugar
METHOD
1. Combine the ricotta, egg, and sugar in a bowl. Add the flour and baking powder and mix to obtain compact dough.
2. Take the mixture with the help of the spoon and obtain the balls. Coat them first with sugar and then pass them to the powdered sugar.
3. Transfer ricotta balls to the baking tray covered with parchment paper. Bake at 180°C/360°F for 15 minutes.
4. Serve ricotta balls all together on a serving dish and enjoy.
