Rice loaf: a tasty and unique dinner idea!

She spreads out the rice, adds the eggplant and cheese and rolls it all up. you’ve never tried anything so tasty before!
INGREDIENTS
200g rice
50g Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
3 tbsp tomato puree

DIRECTIONS
1. Cook the rice until it is very al dente, season with salt, Parmesan cheese, add the eggs and the tomato puree.
2. Spread out the rice over a sheet of parchment paper.
3. Fill with ham, eggplants, and the cheese.
4. Roll everything up and bake at 200°C for about 50 minutes.
5. Bake it rolled up in the parchment paper for the first 20 minutes, then remove the paper and continue baking it. When the roll is golden and crunchy, the rice loaf will be ready!
