• 1 cabbage
• 700g ground-meat
• 2 onions (for topping)
• 4 potatoes
• 200g boiled rice
• salt
• coriander
• paprika
• oil
METHOD
- Add rice, onion, spices in stuffing and mix. Blanch the cabbage. Separate the leaves. Form cones.
- Put chopped potatoes into the mold. Salt, pepper, pour oil. Add Cabbage cones. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
