Ice cream cone cakes: a unique idea that your kids will love!

Pour the batter into the ice cream cones and the result will be awesome!

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
200g (1 cup) sugar
120ml (1/2 cup) milk
40g butter
10g vanilla sugar
10g baking powder
125g (1 cup) flour (all purpose)
Salt
 
Chocolate
 
METHOD
  1. Beat egg whites with salt. Add ½ cup sugar and continue whisking until peaks.
  2. Mix egg yolks with ½ cup sugar and beat. Add milk, butter, vanilla sugar, flour, baking powder. Beat with a mixer. Add whipped egg whites and stir with a spatula.
  3. Place parchment paper in ice cream cones and fill with dough.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C / 350°F. Pour the finished cones with melted chocolate.
