Easy and quick for easy weeknight meal!
INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lb salmon fillet
1/2 cup Poppy seeds
1 cup Arugula
METHOD
- Cut the fillet in a butterfly, sprinkle with poppy seeds and arugula.
- Roll, insert chopsticks and cut into small rolls.
- Put on a baking sheet and bake 200°C/400°F for 15 minutes
- Serve with salad
