Baked salmon roll: easy and quick, ready in 15 minutes!

Easy and quick for easy weeknight meal!

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 lb salmon fillet
1/2 cup Poppy seeds
1 cup Arugula
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the fillet in a butterfly, sprinkle with poppy seeds and arugula.
  2. Roll, insert chopsticks and cut into small rolls.
  3. Put on a baking sheet and bake 200°C/400°F for 15 minutes
  4. Serve with salad
