Quick savory bombs: ready in 10 minutes!

Perfect as appetizer! 
 
INGREDIENTS
300g (2 cups) flour
15ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
170ml (3/5 cup) milk
10g (2 tsp) salt
10g (2 tsp) baking powder
Cheese
Salami
Ricotta cheese

METHOD
  1. Mix oil and milk in a bowl. Add flour, salt, and baking powder. Knead the dough.
  2. Leave to rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into parts and roll out with a rolling pin.
  4. Fill the balls with ricotta, salami, and cheese.
  5. Fry them in hot oil. Serve.
