Savory bombs: they're just plain delicious!

Ingredients:
½ cup cooked turkey;
½ cup bread stuffing;
¼ cup dried cranberries;
¼ cup green peas;
3 tbsp parsley, chopped;
1 cup gravy;
500 g (1 pound) mashed potatoes;
1 cup parmesan cheese;
14 cup parsley, chopped;
flour, egg, breadcrumbs for dredging;
vegetable oil for frying.

Instructions
Fill ice molds with turkey, peas, cranberries and stuffing. Pour gravy on top, sprinkle with some parsley and freeze completely.
Combine mashed potatoes with cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
Divide potato mixture into quarters and place a frozen cube in the middle. Form a ball, covering ice cube.
Roll the bombs in flour, dip into beaten egg and cover with breadcrumbs.
Fry in preheat oil for 5-7 minutes. Place on paper towels before serving.
