250g of fresh salmon fillet
5 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of honey
1 roll of phyllo dough

Salt to taste.

METHOD
1. Take a salmon fillet, remove the bones and skin, put it in a container with soy sauce and honey, massage it well and let it rest for 30 minutes, then pat it dry with paper towels and cut it into sticks, then keep them part.
2. take a sheet of phyllo dough, divide it in half,
brush the two sides with oil seed oil and fold them like a book, place a stick of salmon, close the ends inwards, and start rolling up, towards the end brush with water to seal the cigar, then continue like this with all the other pieces.
3. Place them on a pan covered in oven paper and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
