Salmon cigars: a quick and crunchy idea!

INGREDIENTS
250g of fresh salmon fillet
5 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of honey
1 roll of phyllo dough
Oil for frying Q.B.
For the sauce
125g of Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 clove of garlic
Juice of half a lemon
Smoked paprika to taste
Fennel to taste
Salt to taste.
Pepper as needed.
METHOD
1. Take a salmon fillet, remove the bones and skin, put it in a container with soy sauce and honey, massage it well and let it rest for 30 minutes, then pat it dry with paper towels and cut it into sticks, then keep them part.
2. take a sheet of phyllo dough, divide it in half,
brush the two sides with oil seed oil and fold them like a book, place a stick of salmon, close the ends inwards, and start rolling up, towards the end brush with water to seal the cigar, then continue like this with all the other pieces.
3. Place them on a pan covered in oven paper and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
4. While they are cooking, make the accompanying sauce,
in a bowl put Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, minced garlic, juice of half a lemon, paprika, fennel, salt and pepper, et voilà, it's ready!
5. Now take out the cigars, and serve them piping hot, accompanied by this fantastic sauce!
